ABOUT ME

I am a BACP registered Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and have been helping clients feel better for eleven years.

I hold a BACP Accredited Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Level Five) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I am also a certified Couples Therapist and have undertaken additional training in remote therapy.

My therapy career extends over several sectors, giving me a wealth of experience. I have worked as both a Counsellor and CBT therapist for non-profit mental health organisations; and have also undertaken high intensity clinical work for a number of NHS trusts within both primary and secondary care settings across the North-West.

I work with individual adults and couples from diverse backgrounds and appreciate that you are completely unique. With this in mind, I value the flexibility of being able to use an integrative approach tailored to meet your needs. Drawing on my person-centred counselling skills and those from my additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, enables me to facilitate positive change throughout your therapy journey.
